About Vipasana Meditation
The word Vipassana means “Insight’ as such Vipassana meditation sees things as they are. In Pali, an ancient language of Buddhism, the word Vipassana means “seeing things as they are”. It involves observing our thoughts and emotions as they are, without judging or dwelling on them. These techniques focus on a specific task, object, or image. It means you actively train your mind and body to do something specific. Vipassana meditation uses consciousness to remove distractions. It is beneficial for both the mind and body.
