In inactive meditation also known as passive meditation, we chant the Om sound while sitting quietly or meditating on our breaths and are aware of our incoming and outgoing breaths. In this state, meditate for 40 minutes to 1 hour. In this meditation, we have to sit in a comfortable postures, where the spine can be held straight without discomfort, and follow the given techniques. It involve any sort of meditation where you focus on a object, or task or may be the breath, or sound. When the mind is totally concentrated or trained on a specific object then it becomes still and flows freely towards the chosen objects fortuitously. Meditation involves concentrating on something to grab our attention beyond the random concepts, thoughts activity that is usually going in our mind. This meditation also called Focus Meditation.
