Nowadays our life is so busy in our work or office that we do not have enough time to pay attention to our health, so we are suffering from so many diseases like- Blood Pressure, Acidity and Avatugranthi. Avatugranthi is a main disease, where our voice is also affected by them, due to which we also have difficulty in speaking and there is pain in the throat because we do not take care of our health. We spend most of the time outside with our friends or colleagues and together with them we eat mostly outside junk food. This is the main mistake on our part which further affects our health. The Avatugranthi gland is located in the neck below the adam’s apple. Our body is a complex system with interrelated functions. Yoga improves blood circulation in the inverted pose and all asanas causing movements of the cervical spine. Pranayama, on the other hand, regulates the prana and the hormonal balance in the body. Pranayama helps reduce blood sugar imbalance which is responsible for hypoAvatugranthiism and it helps in controlling the breath.

The Avatugranthi produces hormones that control our body’s metabolism, the process in which your body transforms the food you eat into energy. Avatugranthi problems are among the most common medical conditions but, because their symptoms often appear gradually, they are commonly misdiagnosed.

When it comes to diet, it is important to avoid eating toxic food. Follow a proper diet plan with lots of vegetables, and fruits, use proper sea salt and drink lots of water. In addition, our internal organs can carry lots of toxins. Cleansing techniques like the shat kriyas (six internal cleansings) are effective.

Finally, asana practice and pranayama play an important role to control and prevent Avatugranthi disorders.
