Nadabrahma Meditation is based on an Tibetan techniques and has been updated by Osho. In this meditation, we have silently repeat calm word or phrases to refrain the distracting thoughts. Many people believe that using mantras can increasing awareness and improve concentration. When you repeat such sentences like- I’m calm and I take care of myself or humming that time you gradually start to feel calm in your mind and you think positive and focus on your obstacle which starts reducing your exertion.This meditation heals the heart center of the body, sober the mind, balances the feelings and increase your energy again. Through humming we open our entire cells of the body and mind start vibrating and it has a positive effect on our body. This meditation helps those people who may have throat issues, bronchitis, lungs problem etc. Nadabrahma meditation also known as Mantra Meditation.
Nadabrahma meditation is 1 hour meditation and it is to be done with its specific Osho Nadabrahma Meditation music. It indicate 3 different stages-:
First Stage-: 30 Minutes
Sit in a relaxed position with eyes closed and lips together. Start humming fast enough to start trembling throughout your body from being heard by others. If we can imagine a hollow vessel, which is filled with vibrations only to humming. There will come a time when the humming will continue on its own and you become the listener.
Second Stage-: 15 Minutes
In the second step, we have to focus on our movement. This phase is divided into two sections, each lasting seven and a half minutes. In this it has been told how we are taking the energy of the universe inside and giving it outwards through our activities. Let us know how we can do it.
For the first part, move the hands, palms upward, outward, in a circular motion. Now starting from the navel, extend both the hands and then mirror each other left and right to form two big circles. The motion should be so slow that sometimes there is no movement. Feel that you are giving energy to the universe outward. After seven and a half minutes, the music will change and you turn the palm of your hand down and start moving them in the opposite direction. Now both the hands will come together towards the navel and will be divided outwards towards the side of the body. Feel that you are taking energy in. As with the first step, don’t interrupt any soft, slow tempo of the rest of your body.
Third Stage-: 15 Minutes
We have to sit still for 15 minutes with our eyes closed.
