
In Buddhism, Mindfulness meditation also known as Shamatha, the all Buddhist practice that focuses on developing calmness, clarity and equanimity. Mindfulness meditation is founded on increasing awareness of feelings and emotions and the acceptance of living in the present moment. It suggests that when you live in the past moment or think you are not good, at that time you become more negative by getting frustrated making you feel more desperate and irritable. But you think positively when you do this meditation, which allows you to explore the trouble that comes with many different thoughts or ideas. It teaches you to not only notice such thoughts but also to let them go away. This increases the level of creativity in your work and it helps to curb your mind. It helps to develop a basic trust with yourself and your feelings and promotes your inner energy also. When we pay attention to our inner experience, we discover there are certain thoughts, emotions, and situations the mind wants to hold onto.
You practice this meditation in a 5 basic way-:
- You have to focus on your breathing power. (Mindful breathing)
- You concentrate on your meditation. (Concentration)
- You have to become aware of your body (Awareness of your body).
- You have release your stress through mindfulness meditation (Relieve stress).
- If you are not feel comfortable in a sitting position. So, you do this meditation in a walking way. It is called as (Walking Meditation).
